The role will support the Technical Training team with onboarding new motor assessors, in addition to other responsibilities such as delivering onboarding training, rostering internal and external assessor training, reviewing and updating training documentation, monitoring training records, certifications, and reporting.
Focusing on these areas, the role will not only support our objectives of delivering exceptional service but also contribute to the continuous growth and development of the Motor Assessing team, ultimately ensuring Auto 7 General remains at the forefront of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Customised Learning Paths: Deliver training modules that cater to the varying levels of expertise within the motor assessing team. This could range from basic motor assessing induction training to refresher and training for new or revised processes.
* Blended Learning Approaches: Incorporate a mix of traditional classroom training, hands-on practical sessions, and digital learning platforms.
* Feedback Mechanisms: Maintain the system for collecting and analysing feedback from both the trainees and their managers post-training to refine and adjust the training programs accordingly.
* Change Management: Equip the team with skills to adapt to changes, whether they are technological advancements, new industry standards, or shifts in company policy.Deliver assessor training nationally in accordance to the business requirements from Induction through to advanced technical & soft skill training, including Code & State based legislative considerations.
* To champion a culture of leadership excellence & changeability.
Qualification & Experience
* Previous experience within the Insurance or Education industry.
* Previous experience in a training or learning environment.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and Google Docs.
* CERT IV in Training & Assessment (preferred but not essential).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literate, Strong planning and organisational ability.
* Analytical and problem solving skill.
* Ability to travel interstate for training at 1-2 weeks at a time.
