An excellent entry-level opportunity has become available to join a well-established and high-performing real estate office in Double Bay. This newly created role will support the Head of Property Management and offers full training and ongoing development for someone looking to build a long-term career in Property Management.

The Role:
Working within a close-knit and professional team, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting routine property inspections
* Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections (shared within the team)
* Responding to tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* General administrative support to the property management team
* Virtual assistant support is in place for booking routine inspections
This is a Monday to Friday role, with very rare Saturday work for open homes only.
The Ideal Candidate
* Entry-level or junior experience within real estate
* Certificate of Registration required
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Driver's license and access to a car
