6. Employee Relations: Maintain employee records, contracts, and position descriptions, supporting effective talent management practices.
7. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees.
8. Performance Reviews: Coordinate performance reviews, pay increases, and bonus letters, recognizing individual achievements and contributions.
