Clinical Development Specialist
Our organization seeks a skilled Clinical Development Specialist to work on a permanent, full-time basis in our Regional Office in Darwin. The role involves developing content and delivering education to clinical teams across the Top End of the Northern Territory and supporting Central Australia when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing comprehensive educational materials for clinical teams
* Delivering training sessions to enhance team performance
* Supporting clinical operations in Central Australia as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing degree and current unrestricted Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
* Proven experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach with contemporary education and teaching methods
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it
The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring high-quality patient care and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Regular travel to remote locations within the NT is required.
