Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Scaffolder / Labourer to join our growing team. The successful applicant will assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, handling materials, and supporting qualified scaffolders on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding in accordance with safety standards
- Assist scaffolders with materials, tools, and equipment
- Load and unload scaffolding components and materials
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected work environment
- Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Current White Card
- Working at Heights certification
- Basic Scaffolding Ticket
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
