Job Title: Manager, Finance Business Partner
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and supporting non-plasma operations activities, including production planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with functional leads to provide reliable, timely, and meaningful financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
* Develop and maintain reporting requirements to drive better decision-making.
* Provide financial information regarding cost performance versus forecast and budget.
* Establish product costing of non-plasma operations.
* Manage annual budgets and quarterly forecast updates.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degrees in related field desirable.
* A minimum 5 years of finance experience with extensive management accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent business partnering skills with line managers.
* Experience with Lean methodology (Six Sigma).
* Relevant experience gained in a multi-national organization.
