At our vibrant and fast-growing real estate agency, we are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Minto, NSW. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, property inspections, rent collection, and property maintenance. They will also coordinate with landlords, handle property leasing, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
Qualifications
* Excellent tenant relationship management and customer service skills
* Experience in property inspections, rent collection, and property maintenance
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in property leasing and market research
* Knowledge of property regulations and compliance
* Ability to work independently and on-site in Minto, NSW
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
