WE’RE HIRING – Café All-Rounder Wanted! Mon–Fri | No Weekends | Balcatta | 2–3 Days Per Week

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, proactive, and outgoing café superstar to join our small, friendly team!
We’re not your average café — we share a space with a buzzing CrossFit gym in Balcatta, so there’s always great energy and plenty of regulars to chat with.
We make everything in-house (yes, even the bliss balls!), and we’re all about quality, community and keeping the vibe fun while getting the job done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Barista work (experience essential – you need to be quick on the machine!)
- Prepping fresh wraps, smoothies, bliss balls, and baked goodies
- Cooking - we make all meals and food onsite
- Keeping the café sparkling clean and well-stocked
- Chatting with our awesome regulars and gym crowd
- Thriving under pressure while keeping the smiles coming
Who We’re Looking For
- A reliable, punctual morning person
- A go-getter who jumps in where needed and keeps things moving
- Takes pride in the small details (topping up stock, wiping benches, noticing what needs doing)
- Someone who thinks ahead and stays one step in front
- Friendly and chatty but knows when it’s time to hustle
- Looking for a long-term role – we’ll train you and want you to grow with us
Hours: – Monday to Friday – NO weekends!
2–3 days per week to start, with the opportunity for more hours if you’re the right fit
Shifts are usually 5:30am–1:00pm or 7:00am–2:00pm
Pay: – Paid under the Restaurant Industry Award (rate based on experience)
