Permit Coordinator Role
This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating Permit-to-Work related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification and/or experience in a construction-related discipline, as well as previous history of operating within Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Responsibilities include permit preparation, consultation, communication and general duties associated with permits.
* Review of job scopes and proposed schedules.
* Review and population of progress trackers.
* Discussion with supervision and engineering regarding extra needs or changes to schedule.
* Assessment of procedures.
* Preparation of supporting documentation for permits.
* Providing advice and support to supervision and all employees in the performance and compliance of permits.
* Maintaining relationships with stakeholders through regular updates and contact sessions.
* Assisting supervision with Permit related issues.
* All administrative tasks related to permits.
