Open 6:30am - 6:30pm, our purpose-built centre offers a warm, inspiring environment where children feel safe to explore, imagine and grow. With beautiful natural play spaces, light-filled open-plan rooms, and rich, age-appropriate resources, we provide the ideal setting for up to 118 children to learn, discover and flourish—both indoors and outdoors.
About You - Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher
You're passionate about early education and believe the early years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. You thrive in inclusive, nurturing environments and bring energy, warmth and intention to everything you do.
You Will
* Deliver high-quality education and care that supports each child's unique journey
* Create inclusive learning environments where children feel seen, supported and confident
* Empower children to become independent, curious and resilient learners
* Support school readiness through thoughtful, intentional teaching practices
* Design engaging, meaningful programs that spark curiosity and conversation
* Inspire a lifelong love of learning and set children up for future success
What You'll Bring
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
* A current Working with Children Check
* Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Full Australian working rights
* A professional, polished presence and warm approach
* A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
* Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
