We currently have a casual opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team and service Bethanie Peel, Bethanie Waters, and Bert England Lodge .

Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs.
Provide evidence-based and goal-directed therapy services.
Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities.
Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement.
About You: Current full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
Experience in aged care or supporting people living with dementia is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage a complex workload and adapt to changing priorities.
Customer-focused and works effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Bethanie.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
Working with Bethanie: Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum + up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
