ARM Architecture is seeking an experienced Senior Documenter to lead design development and construction documentation across complex projects.
This role is suited to a highly capable architect or technician with strong Revit skills and deep technical knowledge who takes pride in producing coordinated, buildable documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead documentation from Design Development to Construction
* Develop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models and drawing packages
* Coordinate consultants and resolve technical interfaces
* Ensure compliance with Australian codes and QA standards
* Support delivery of complex public and commercial projects
* Perform QA across projects
About You
* No less than 10 years post-graduate experience
* Strong Revit / BIM capability
* Coordination skill and ability to resolve details on complex jobs
* Strong construction knowledge and technical problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented, organised and collaborative
* Strong Australian market experience on range of complex and large scale projects
