Job Title: Agricultural Heavy Equipment Technician

As an Agricultural Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and routine maintenance on Caterpillar equipment. Your average output will be 15 machines a month, supporting our general construction and mining customers throughout the region.
Focusing on safety and continuous improvement, this role will give you exposure to machine rebuilds, component overhauls, and in-depth diagnostics. You'll work closely with our Workshop Supervisor to achieve set deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Mechanical trade qualification with heavy industry experience. They will also possess:
* Relevant experience rebuilding mobile mining equipment and/or components
* A solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Unrestricted drivers' licence
* Close attention to detail and ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards
* Team-oriented with proven ability to meet set deadlines
