Daily Skills Coach/Coordinator
This is a RARE opportunity to join a private organisation and be an important part of the client's growth and meaningful development whilst assisting with the management of the team.
This role combines leadership with direct support, managing daily operations while modelling best practice through hands-on engagement.
This IS a permanent part time role with a negotiated salary depending on experience.

You WILL :
· Work one-on-one in a meaningful, person-centred role that brings structure, growth and confidence to the client's everyday life.
· Be responsible for ensuring all rosters, timesheets and team members are fulfilling their roles in its entirety.
To be considered you MUST:
* Be available for shifts across a 24/7 roster including overnight and an on-call roster (not often)
* Maintain a current drivers licence at all times
* Hold NDIS worker screen check and DCSI clearance (Working with Children)
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Have previous experience in service coordination
* Sound Computer literacy
* Fluent English and in particular verbally plus written
* Have FULL Australian working rights - NO Visa conditions
