Real Estate Sales Professional Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing executive team. As a central part of the lead agent's support network, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client service and outcomes.
This role is ideal for a highly driven, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential real estate sales. You will be responsible for assisting with buyer inspections, open homes, and follow-up calls, as well as coordinating and managing clients, supporting the lead agent with marketing campaigns, and generating quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with buyer inspections, open homes, and follow-up calls
* Coordinate and manage clients (buyers and sellers)
* Support the lead agent with marketing campaigns, vendor reports, photo shoots, and sales reports
* Prospect and generate quality leads for the sales team
* Attend appraisals and listing presentations with the lead agent where required
* Manage general sales administration duties
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential real estate sales environment
* Current QLD Salesperson Registration (essential)
* Demonstrated success in client management, lead agent assistance, and high-quality customer service
* A highly driven, self-motivated, and efficient salesperson with a can-do persona
* Impeccable communication and people skills
* A true team player with high goals and ambitions and a proactive attitude
