About the Roles
Casual Team Member:As a casual team member, you’ll help our operations run smoothly while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your role includes preparing and serving delicious yogurt, gelato, and toppings, keeping our space clean and inviting, and assisting with fun, eye-catching displays.
Shift Supervisor:As a shift supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll supervise staff, ensure smooth workflows, and get hands-on with serving yogurt, gelato, and toppings, as well as managing displays and inventory.
What We’re Looking For
Casual Team Member:
* Friendly, organised, and enthusiastic
* Experience in customer service or food service is a plus
* Available for evening and weekend shifts (closing as late as 11:30 pm in peak season)
Shift Supervisor:
* Previous supervisory experience, ideally in the food industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Available for late-night and weekend shifts, with peak-season late closings
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of yogurt and gelato flavours
* Keep workspaces clean, organised, and sanitised
* Greet customers and provide exceptional service
* Organise workflow and assist the team (supervisors only: monitor productivity and provide feedback)
* Create and manage appealing topping displays
* Monitor inventory and restock as needed
* Get involved with our TikTok and social media posts
