ABOUT THE ROLE
* Ongoing Full Time
* Base salary $76,871 + 11.5% superannuation

Council has an exciting opportunity to join our Infrastructure Delivery department to play a key customer focused role in protecting Council's community infrastructure and safety.
Reporting to the Coordinator Civil Works, your day involves successfully processing and timely completion of the end-to-end administration of Council's Asset Protection and Road Activity Permit systems, as well as approval of the installation of roadside assets, new signage, bus shelters and street lighting.
Your courteous and prompt customer service will set you up for success when liaising with service authorities and responding to customer and ratepayer requests.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have relevant qualifications and/or relevant administration experience within an Engineering and/or Asset environment.
You will have experience and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including civil contractors, utility companies / authorities, residents and internal departments.
You are a team player, have excellent customer service and administration skills and have proficient technical skills in Microsoft suite and GIS software.
