About the Role:
Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With increasing relocations across the country and the globe, our services are in high demand. This is a rare opportunity to join our high-performing Sales team as an External Sales Consultant servicing the Sunshine Coast region. Success will come easily as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products. Fully qualified warm appointments will be scheduled for you to visit clients at home to provide relocation quotes for house moves.
You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has consistently proven its success. Since this role involves travel and remote work, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy schedule will be essential. Building rapport with clients and helping them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating is also key.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting in-home inspections from qualified warm appointments
2. Formulating pricing and proposals tailored to clients' needs
3. Promoting our full suite of services to meet client needs
4. Encouraging customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
5. Maintaining exemplary customer service throughout
About You:
Ideally, you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-focused approach. This role is not about hard selling; empathy and respect for our clients in their own homes are paramount.

* A valid vehicle license and own vehicle
