Job Description:
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the programming and planning process for campaigns. You will partner with integrated marketing teams to identify target personas, audience segments, objectives, and desired outcomes.
The role involves defining and implementing the best channels to reach and engage target audiences. This includes managing email marketing campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and automation. Additionally, you will govern local performance marketing efforts, including planning and execution of investments.
You will track and measure the performance and effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and tactics. Using data-driven insights, you will inform and improve future campaigns.
Furthermore, you will utilize advanced marketing technology (MarTech) and marketing automation platforms to drive campaign success. You will collaborate with Corp MarTech teams to develop and implement these capabilities based on business requirements and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
