Support Culture Champion


We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Support Culture Champion. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with employees, creating a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have high-level administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine interest in supporting employees at all levels. They will also possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.



Key Responsibilities:



* Provide HR support across the business and uphold our organizational culture and values.

* Manage the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.

* Oversee training and development, ensuring all employees meet compliance and skill requirements.

* Maintain employment documentation and compliance, including records, audits, and legislative requirements.

* Lead WHS, ensuring incidents, safety requirements, and reporting are managed effectively.




About You:


As a Support Culture Champion, you will be a warm, approachable, and confident communicator who genuinely enjoys building engagement, supporting development, and creating a positive employee experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



* Diploma in HR (or working towards it)

* High-level administrative and business skills

* Strong computer literacy

* Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
