Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and online systems.
• Provide accurate information about electrical products, pricing, and availability.
• Log and track customer interactions using our data entry system.
• Support the sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge or experience in the electrical or technical industry preferred but not necessary
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Some experience in Customer Service and data entry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
