Natralus Australia is a natural skin health care business. We are the handcrafters and manufacturers of our own range of natural and organic, skin health care products right here in South Australia. Selling to major retailers, independents and distributors across Australia, and some exports, since 2010 (celebrating 15 years) under the Natralus brand. We are based south of the city at our Lonsdale facility where we are continuing to expand our product range utilising our inhouse formulators and product development team. Our associated business provides contract manufacturing services of Cosmetic, Organic and Personal Care products to a number of clients.

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director the ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, brand building and social media.
As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing marketing activities across the business which will ultimately facilitate the sales growth. You'll work closely with our internal team from sales, marketing, customer support and management to ensure campaigns, content, product promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role is hands‑on, varied and perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and organisational sides of marketing and can demonstrate strong leadership characteristics.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
* Research and report on skin health care, social media, and content trends.
* Coordinate and update the marketing calendar across IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, EDMs, and blogs.
* Assist with in‑house content creation, including behind‑the‑scenes and product‑focused content.
* Support and follow up with the creative team to ensure content is produced on schedule.
Campaigns & Product Launches
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and sales events.
* Coordinate new product launches, including social media, website updates, retailer communication, and in‑store support.
* Ensure all marketing assets (graphics, posts, product info etc) are completed ahead of deadlines.
Brand & Retail Support
* Ensure the Natralus website and all retailer websites are up to date with correct images, descriptions, and pricing.
* Manage and support setup on external selling platforms (e.g., Woolworths Marketplace, Chemist Warehouse).
* Assist with limited‑edition product ideas and brand collaboration opportunities.
Photoshoots & Creative Coordination
* Research photo and video trends and organise photoshoots.
* Coordinate with the creative team to ensure images and videos are captured and delivered promptly.
Administration & Project Coordination
* Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed.
* Manage schedules, timelines, and project progress.
* Ensure all important documents, brochures, sales support materials and price lists are updated and distributed.
About You

* Passionate about skin health care, retailing, and digital marketing
Experience in marketing and social media is essential, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

The Rewards
· Attractive Salary Package for the right person dependent upon experience and skills and agreed hours worked
· We anticipate this to be a full time position of 5 days per week – availability for hours to be negotiated over 5 days
