About this prospect
Our Samford store is currently looking for a motivated and hardworking leader to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and more.
Responsibilities
* Supervise team members
* Develop rosters and allocate resources effectively
* Generate orders and manage stock levels
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a hands-on leadership approach
* Communicate effectively with team members and management
* Support merchandising and maintain health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Customer service experience is desired, but not essential
* Ability to supervise team members
* Enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach
* Strong commitment to customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
* A flair for merchandising
