Our Duty Managers provide operational leadership across the hotel.
Reporting into the Guest Services Manager, Duty Managers ensure the effective oversight of hotel operations during their shift, supporting all departments to deliver an exceptional guest journey while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace for the team.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth handovers, effective communication between teams and real-time resolution of guest and operational issues.
What you will bring to the role
Demonstrated luxury hospitality experience
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels from frontline to senior leadership
Ability to lead hotel operations with calm confidence
Skilled in Opera Cloud Microsoft Office and reporting procedures
Strong written and verbal communication
Current RSA RP First Aid certification and full driver's licence
Full availability over a 24 / 7 rotating roster
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
