About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients — in person and over the phone — ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and their pets with empathy and professionalism
* Managing appointments and maintaining an organised schedule
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and managing client accounts
* Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience highly regarded)
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Shows compassion and understanding towards clients and their pets
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
