We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and driven Store Manager for our growing Liverpool team who has a desire for success and a proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams. Your passion for teamwork and ability to motivate and encourage others will be second to none. We ensure you will be set up for success in your own development journey.
- Motivate your team achieve their monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver our customers an outstanding experience
- Inspire, coach, and develop all team members
- Conduct weekly meeting to develop team and encourage performance
- Work closely with Area Managers on training and recruitment for your store
- You will have full accountability of your stores P&L results
- Ensure your store maintains visual merchandising standards
