About the Role As Clinical Support Nurse, you will: The Clinical Support Nurse is accountable for identifying, documenting, monitoring, and meeting residents changing needs within the compliance frameworks Liaises and communicates with care staff, health partners in care, e.g. Doctors, allied health, and resident representatives concerning changing needs of residents Communicate care needs for residents using organisation systems and tools Contribute to a safe workplace through adherence to all organization WH&S policies and procedures, and demonstrated commitment to improvement What You Bring Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Nursing experience preferably with aged care experience or a keen desire to work in aged care.
