Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to support employee development across operations, ensuring they have the capabilities to perform their roles effectively.
Responsibilities
* Develop training needs analysis, maintain training skills matrix, and ensure currency of all employees' training records.
* Refine and maintain site electronic document controls and records systems.
* Ensure up-to-date standard operational procedures are in place and accessible.
* Review and update Risk Assessments and maintain the Risk Register.
* Monitor training completion rates and update key stakeholders regularly.
* Coordinate site risk training for Dry Creek, covering Quality, Safety, Environment, and Operations.
* Develop personal skills related to training and assessment.
Candidate Requirements
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessor (required).
* Familiarity with Quality systems (SQF, FSSC 22000, BRC) is highly regarded.
* Internal auditor qualification preferred.
* Experience in document control processes.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
