Description Join Our Culinary Leadership Team as Sous Chef. We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll act as a role model for the team, mentoring junior chefs, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all outlets and meal periods. Support the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and service Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all outlets. Mentor and develop culinary staff, inspiring creativity, fostering growth and skill development. Manage kitchen operations efficiently while embracing change and new ideas. What we need from you: Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail. Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to adapt to change and contribute to the evolution of the culinary department.
