Part time (80% FTE), continuing position Base salary will range from $82,057 – $109,246 (Academic Level A) + 17% Superannuation Based at our About This Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Lecturer to join our world-class School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching practice and engage in teaching innovation that will expand your teaching expertise and profile.
The current operational requirements of the role will include leading and supporting the management of the School's Internship Training Program (ITP) and teaching within other associated programs across the School.
As part of this role, you will work closely with partners at the National Alliance for Pharmacy Education (NAPE) and manage the School's cohort of casual teaching staff.
Key responsibilities will include : Internship Training Program : Lead collaboration, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and educator support (APC, NAPE or an equivalent level of experience, education and / or training in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Education.
Evidence of high-quality teaching skills and supporting the professional development of pharmacists.
Participation in activities to develop teaching expertise in the discipline.
Participation in service activities in the School, the broader University or tertiary setting.
Well-developed communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in teaching and learning.
A profile of professional expertise that complements and / or supplements the expertise that currently exists within the School and the broader University.

The successful candidate will also be required to hold and maintain full AHPRA registration.
