Job Title: Community Venues Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee our venues and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, ensuring venues are presented to a high standard, and delivering exceptional customer service to all venue hirers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage booking enquiries and ensure seamless coordination of events
2. Provide outstanding customer service and act as the main liaison for venue users
3. Assist event organizers to deliver safe and successful events
4. Coordinate venue setup/pack down and ensure venues are clean, safe, and presentable
5. Maintain accurate records and inventories of equipment and stock levels
Requirements:
