About our client and project
Our client is a successful business providing engineering, construction and commissioning services to the mineral processing industry. They offer services across the project lifecycle from feasibility studies; through engineering and design; to self-performed fabrication, construction and commissioning.
The role
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural processing equipment.
The below bullet points are your duties but not limited to;
* Design and analyze structural components and systems related to processing equipment.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project specifications are met.
* Provide site support and oversight during the installation and maintenance of structural systems.
* Prepare and review technical documentation and calculations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Perth-based and ideally Australian, permanent or valid working rights holder
* Proven site experience in civil/structural engineering is essential.
* Familiarity with structural processing equipment is a must.
* Previous experience in mining is, particularly with gold projects, but candidates from other mineral backgrounds are welcome.
