Envirolab Group, comprising Envirolab Services, MPL Laboratories and Labtec Auckland, provides a broad range of laboratory testing services such as environmental chemistry, microbiology, asbestos, workplace exposure & air monitoring and product formulation and agrichemicals. We are a NATA-accredited laboratory servicing Environmental Consultants, Mines, Occupational Hygienists, Government Departments, Industry, and the general public by providing great service and quality.
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and physically fit individual to join our team at our newly developed Canning Vale facility in Perth. This is a hybrid Laboratory/Warehouse role and is critical to ensuring that laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently. Both Casual and Full-Time positions will be considered.
This role will be focused on unpacking and delivering laboratory supplies, internal and external orders, calibration of equipment, and supporting our logistics processes—all while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor inventory levels and initiate laboratory stock replenishments
* Assist with calibration and repairs of laboratory equipment
* Unpacking of incoming orders
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
* Assist with process improvements
* Supporting the logistics and laboratory sample prep teams as required
Qualifications / Skills
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* At least 30 hours of availability per week, Monday to Friday
* The ability to work independently and under time pressure
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move stock as required
* Experience with WHSE protocols and inventory tracking systems
