**Level 2-3 Desktop Support Technician.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to employees for all desktop and laptop computers
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new software and hardware
- Provide training and support on new technologies
- Maintain and update company IT systems and procedures
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving common desktop and laptop issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience with Mac operating systems
- Experience with cloud-based computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with IT asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Certifications (e.g., A+, Network+)
- Minimum MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals cert. or equivalent
- Microsoft Business Premium experience relating to Microsoft Secure score and Cyber Security tools in the 365 Bus Prem and Enterprise range
- Microsoft Azure AD and Virtual Desktop Experience
- Experience with Sophos/Watchguard/Unifi/Cisco and other common brand networking technologies and platforms
