**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the showroom manager in day-to-day operations. 
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor. 
- Support in managing inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability. 
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain showroom standards. 
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. 
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a management role. 
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment. 
- Excellent communication skills and ability to retain extensive product knowledge and educate customers accordingly. 
- Prior retail experience essential, with experience within a healthcare environment highly regarded. 
- Possession or willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening check.
