Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional to take charge of our sales department, maintain an existing database of clients, and drive sales to develop key segments such as Weddings, Conferences and Events. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving targets and will be able to maximize revenue streams through creative package design and negotiation.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the inbound process from initial enquiry to event execution, including arranging client visits, negotiating packages, contracting, and follow-up with both the operations team and clients.


Requirements

* Previous hospitality sales experience is essential, preferably in Hotels
* 2+ years experience as a Sales Executive or higher
* A professional who has standout customer service and account management skills
* Solutions focused leader on a technical and emotional level
* Ability to maintain and nurture existing key accounts and identify opportunities for incremental growth within these accounts
