A leading provider of adult forensic mental health care in Victoria, with the aim to meet the needs of consumers with serious mental illnesses across the justice system.
About the Role
The change is already underway - now it needs momentum. As Change Manager, you'll support a high-impact business initiative that's reshaping systems, processes, and ways of working. You'll guide the people side of change, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to build engagement, manage resistance, and embed lasting outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Refine and deliver tailored change strategies
* Conduct impact assessments, readiness checks and stakeholder mapping
* Drive engagement activities and support key communications
* Identify and resolve resistance
* Develop reinforcement plans to embed new behaviours and ways of working
* Contribute to long-term change maturity across the business
About You:
* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in change management
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
* Demonstrated experience supporting medium to large-scale transformation initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distil complex issues
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
* Confident influencing and negotiating at all levels
