Welcome to the SunLife Australia opportunity to play a pivotal co-ordination role in the SunLife (and related businesses) development and sales team ideally located in Hervey Bay due to a SunLife Hervey Bay development but could be located on the Sunshine Coast for the right person.
We seek a self motivated proactive experienced mature administrator (and managing director assistant) ideally experienced in marketing and task management, for this exciting and dynamic position. To be a part of coordinating the marketing and development of our over 50's projects with resort facilities in Hervey Bay, Warwick and other prospective sites, as well as assist and co-ordinate our marketing program for SunLife Australia to developers Australia wide.
The SunLife Plaza Hervey Bay project is a mixed use development and will comprise 150+ apartments. It will be a landmark project for Hervey Bay. Warwick ) is a 96 lot over 50's master planned community.
This is a dynamic exciting position for the passionate motivated administrator, task manager and sales and marketing co-ordinator.
Experience and a proven track record as an administrator is required:
Roles and responsibilities for SunLife will include -
* task management and communication across the projects on all aspects of development and sales
* working with the team on the marketing and capital program
* co-ordinate developer marketing, sales and branding program
* distribute and co-ordinate marketing material and agents
Various remuneration packages and strategies can be negotiated depending upon your experience and capability to be a leader and capacity to deliver.
