Your new role
You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-level governance and administrative support, including coordinating briefings, reports, and documentation to support senior leadership
* Preparing clear, accurate and well-structured materials such as briefs, correspondence and reports to support effective decision-making
* Coordinating governance processes including meetings, action tracking and follow-ups, ensuring all activities align with policy and compliance requirements
* Engaging with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and ensure alignment across governance activities and regional priorities
* Monitoring workflows and competing priorities, identifying risks and contributing to continuous improvement of governance processes and practices
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

The Logistics
* Contract until the end of December 2026, with a possibility for extension or permanency.
* $55.74 per hour (plus superannuation).
* Hybrid working arrangement.
* Opportunities across NSW in Newcastle, Wollongong, Taree, Gosford, Chatswood, and Bankstown.
