Remuneration: $87 343.80 - $98 799.60 Per annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

About the role
As a Dialysis Technician, you'll play a vital behind‐the‐scenes role in keeping dialysis services running smoothly and safely. Your day‐to‐day work will involve maintaining, assessing, and repairing dialysis equipment, and providing hands‐on technical support across both in‐centre and home dialysis services. No two days are the same – you may troubleshoot equipment in a unit one day, and support home dialysis patients across the region the next.
Hours & Work‐Life Balance
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Rostered on‐call for after‐hours in an alternating pattern.
Travel & Variety
Your role includes travel to support dialysis units and home dialysis patients across the New England region, providing variety and the chance to build strong relationships across services and communities.
Requirements
* Electrical or Electronic Trades Certificate from the Department of Technical and Further Education, with successful post‐trade experience.
* Post‐trade qualifications or a recognised Bachelor Degree will be well regarded.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW with a current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel long distances for work.
