Content Strategist Role Overview
About the Position
As our Content Lead, you will be the driving force behind our brand's voice.
* Drive Content Operations: You'll manage all incoming content briefs, assigning tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
* Define Our Brand Voice: Develop and maintain our official Style Guide, making it the source of truth for all brand copy.
* Provide Strategic Guidance: Oversee all copy projects with a strategic mindset, from concept to completion, to ensure they meet key business objectives and achieve success.
* Analyse & Optimize Performance: Examine the effectiveness of our content—from website deals to print ads—to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on successes.
* Lead Content Creation: Spearhead the end-to-end content creation process, personally crafting copy for major campaigns while overseeing communications and project initiatives.
* Maintain Quality & Consistency: Act as the guardian of our brand voice, reviewing and editing all content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
* Guide & Support Team Members: Mentor and support the Content Team's performance, providing constructive feedback and hands-on assistance to ensure everyone succeeds and deadlines are met.
