What does the job look like
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Officer with High Reach experience to join our growing team based in Rydalmere. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.
* Receiving deliveries, unpacking, sorting, and checking goods for quality, accuracy, and condition
* Performing stock counts and audits as required
* Operating a high reach forklift safely and efficiently
* Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations
* Troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies
* Travelling to key customer sites across Sydney when required using a company vehicle
Are you the one?
You are a proactive and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can also work autonomously when needed. You can demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment
* A current forklift licence with high reach experience
* A valid driver's licence
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* The ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
* Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP (desirable)
