About the Role
As a Food Production Process Worker, you will be involved in all stages of gelato production. You'll receive extensive training, ongoing support, and the chance to work in a positive, team-focused environment.

* Previous experience in food production or food processing, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high product quality.
* Willingness to receive extensive training, take constructive feedback, and continuously develop technical skills in gelato production.
* Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks, adapt to changing work demands, and manage workload to meet production deadlines.
* Strong teamwork skills, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude contributing to a supportive work environment.
* Physically capable of lifting ingredients, standing for long periods, moving equipment, and taking responsibility for your work while seeking ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients according to production recipes.
* Operate and monitor gelato production machinery (training provided) to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
* Package and label finished products accurately while checking consistency and quality throughout production.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work area, including regular equipment cleaning and adherence to food safety standards.
* Assist with stock rotation, storage, inventory support, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
