We seek candidates with general insurance experience or a passion for delivering exceptional client service and an interest in advancing their insurance career.
In this hybrid role, you will provide administrative support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios, working from home and the office in Brisbane.
 * Support Senior Brokers with client accounts.
 * Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
 * Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities.
 * Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely.
 * Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
 * Manage key stakeholder relationships.
 * Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
 * To facilitate the smooth operation of client accounts, providing exceptional administrative support.
 * Develop and maintain strong communication channels with clients across multiple touchpoints.
 * To ensure seamless policy management, participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities.
 * Deliver high-quality insurance policies efficiently and accurately.
 * To foster positive relationships with clients, attend meetings and contribute to tender processes.
 * Build and maintain key stakeholder connections.
 * Provide exceptional customer service that elevates the client experience.
