The Role
As a Business Development Representative at Ayora, your responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves creating and implementing strategies to drive company growth and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a critical role in building Ayora’s client pipeline by opening doors, starting commercial conversations, and setting up high quality opportunities for senior recruiters and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research prospective clients across technology, artificial intelligence, and digital sectors
* Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
* Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess hiring needs, urgency, and commercial fit
* Book and coordinate discovery meetings for senior recruiters and leadership
* Maintain accurate and up to date records in the customer relationship management system
* Collaborate closely with recruiters to align client needs with market talent insights
* Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance against targets
* Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performance data
Required Experience and Skills
* Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a business to business environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
* Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outbound activity
* Commercial mindset with curiosity about client problems and hiring challenges
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment
* MUST have full working rights, no visa sponsorship
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions
* Experience selling into technology, digital, or professional services sectors
* Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
