Senior Events Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Events Coordinator to lead the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events for affiliated associations and the Annual Scientific Congress (ASC).
* Develop and implement event strategies that meet client expectations;
* Oversee onsite delivery during key events, ensuring seamless operations;
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice and support throughout the operational process;
* Identify and engage sponsors/exhibitors, monitoring deliverables and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management
* Design and execute event concepts that exceed client satisfaction;
* Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements;
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Leadership and Teamwork
* Supervise staff and volunteers during events, providing guidance and support as needed;
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners;
* Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
