About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you'll take ownership of your branch's performance, leading daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll build and lead a motivated, results-oriented team of roughly 10, that reflects Beijer Ref's values - Committed, United, Engaged, and Straightforward.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, people skills, and business acumen will make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve branch sales and margin targets.
* Manage branch operations efficiently, including stock control, freight, and expenses.
* Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your market.
* Champion safety and ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding service.

About You
You're a confident and proactive leader who enjoys being close to the action — supporting your team, engaging with customers, and driving results.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience leading a team in a trade, wholesale, or sales environment.
* Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid commercial awareness with a focus on achieving branch profitability.
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
* HVACR industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
