Operations Administrator Role
At our organisation, we're seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to manage daily workflows and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport operations and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, planning and scheduling efficient delivery and pickup routes, and liaising with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders. They will also be required to create and send manifests, enter freight information into our system, and work closely with drivers and warehouse staff.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong customer service orientation. You should also be able to multitask and prioritise under time pressures, and have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
