**Job Description:**


As a sales professional in our MS Practice, you will be joining a market leading team who are delivering cutting-edge projects across the ANZ region. We are seeking an experienced individual who can work closely with current and new customers, driving innovative business solutions.



**Key Responsibilities:**



* Develop and execute sales strategies to create customized go-to-market strategies for selling Microsoft solutions, focusing on delivering value through services like cloud migration, business analytics, AI, security, and digital workplace transformation.

* Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, identifying leads, conducting needs assessments, proposing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

* Manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders at various levels (from technical to C-suite).

* Maximize revenue potential by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts while securing new business.




**Required Skills and Qualifications:**


We are looking for a consultative sales expert with:



* Strong negotiation skills to negotiate complex deals and drive client commitment.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage senior executives, technical decision-makers, and key business stakeholders.

* Project management understanding with familiarity of managing or coordinating complex projects.

* Technical knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

* A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field (master's or MBA is a plus).

* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on selling IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
