About The Role
As Assistant Park Manager, you will work closely with the Park Manager to oversee operations, ensure a high standard of guest service, and lead the team when required. It's a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on people, presentation, and performance.

Requirements
* Proven leadership experience – accommodation preferred, but top-performing managers from other sectors are highly valued
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Financial awareness and experience with basic budgeting and reporting
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems is a bonus
